This aluminium light poles for are manufactured using the raw material aluminum alloy 6063-T6, it is 12meters (40ft) high with a wall thickness of 3.0mm (0.11inches),Variable arm length from 0.5meter with single arm type .

This aluminum light pole is an ideal setup for any recreational basketball court. The aluminum light pole includes 2 LED fixtures with tilt bracket, 4 predrilled poles with anchor bolts and base covers. The forward throw optics allow for the poles to be placed outside of the court area, reducing installtion costs, increasing court light levels and reducing glare. The low EPA of the fixtures allows for thinner gauge poles which also reduces costs.

The basketball court light pole shaft is extruded and spun from a seamless aluminum pipe by our advanced CNC spinning machine.

Tapered rear design allows fixtures to be mounted in 90 and 120 configurations without the need for extension arms.

The door hatch is cut by advanced robot laser cutting machine . The gap between the door plate and hatch is less than 0.5mm.After deburring,the edge is smooth,which wont easily hurt your hand.

The base plate is cast from die-cast aluminum ASTM A36 ,the completed pole assembly is heat-treated to a T6 temper.

Anchor bolts per ASTM A576. Nuts washers and threaded portion of bolt are hot dip galvanized,Bolts are provided with four foundation bolts and flat washers.The top of bolts have an square locating plate.

The standard finish for the light pole for basketball court includes satin brush ,clear anodized and powder coated.Additional finish options are available according to customers request. Please consult sales representatives for special requirement.

Our standard aluminum light pole color is Natural Aluminum color. White,black and brown colors are conventional color,other colors and custom colors options are available at a surcharge.Please consult your special finishing colors for us before make order.
